How do I (or a family member) become a MAXhealth patient?

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes! We offer our personal brand of care virtually, through our telehealth program. Our TeleVisits are completed by a board-certified physician and include all the key components of an in-person appointment. You can learn more here.

What is “value-based care”?

Value-based care emphasizes the importance of keeping people healthy. In the past, physicians earned money based on the number of services or procedures they ordered, but at MAXhealth, we’re focused on your overall wellbeing. We are rewarded for actual health outcomes, for providing the right treatment, and for coordinating care.
