How To Start Your TeleVisit On The Patient Portal
Do you already have an appointment scheduled for a TeleVisit? Then follow these steps to have your TeleVisit with your provider:

Log into the Patient Portal here.

Click the “Appointments” button on the left-hand side of your screen and choose “Upcoming Appointments.”

You should see the date and time of your appointment. Click on the text showing the date and time of your appointment.

Click the “Join TeleVisit” button.

If you are using equipment that monitors your vital signs, enter your vitals, and click “Submit.” If you do not use home-monitoring equipment, click “Skip”.

Follow the prompts on the screen to arrive in the virtual waiting room.

Click “Allow” to use your device’s camera and microphone, and then click “Proceed.”

Click “Start TeleVisit” again.

Wait for your provider to connect.
Once your provider joins the TeleVisit, you will receive a message that asks you to allow camera and microphone access. To proceed, click “Yes, allow access,” and your TeleVisit will begin in a separate window.
